Hello yogis! Thank you for your patience while we waited out some uncertainty about our practice space. We are now back at Alpine Bakery for the next few months at least.
Led classes are back on Fridays! We will alternate between full and half led primary. You are welcome to come to either session and practice up until the asana you are currently at in the sequence.
Friday Sept 30 is the only restorative offering until November as Full moon is Saturday October 15 and New Moon is Sunday Oct 30.
AYC survey – we want to hear from you!
Please take two minutes to fill out our survey. It’s anonymous and will help us plan our fall schedule and offering. We appreciate all feedback!
Developing a home practice
Renovations are underway at Alpine Bakery, which means we are temporarily without a practice space. What a great opportunity to develop a home-based practice! Nonetheless, it’s also great to practice with a group of wonderful souls every morning and we are working hard to find another space to practice if the bakery isn’t available soon. We will update our Facebook page and website as soon as we have an update.
In the meantime, there are many Mysore resources out there, including this You Tube video of Led Primary Series from Purple Valley Goa and these cheat sheets for the Sun Salutations and Primary Series poses from Ashtanga Yoga Info.
We are in the process of updating our schedule (which will be published once we have a home). That information will also be posted on our Facebook page and website when available. Your survey results will help us make decisions about scheduling, so please fill it out.
