Morning self-practice

aYc Collective has opened it’s doors to individuals with a self practice that includes yoga traditions other than ashtanga and also to other spiritual practices such as meditation, pranayama, Qigong etc.

Bring your early morning practice to Grace Space and share breath and energy with other like minded practitioners.

We will be following the current social distancing regulations and  practitioners will be required to wash hands or use hand sanitizer before entering the practice area. An aYc volunteer will sign practitioners in on the sign in sheet.
